1985–1990
Working for a local developer and a regional real estate consulting firm, we acted as the developer’s representative to seven homeowners associations, performed market research and demographics analysis for Nordstrom and Macy’s, and acquired over 100 U.S. Postal Service sites.
1990–1995
We started Digital Skylines, where we evaluated, conducted due diligence, and acquired commercial and residential real estate development sites. We used GIS to conduct analysis and forecast demographic trends. We developed single family homes and apartments for our own portfolio.
1995–1998
For Verizon Wireless, we directed real estate, zoning, engineering, construction, and property management across the Southwest region.
1998–Now
At Digital Skylines, we work across the western U.S. with businesses and landowners to determine the most effective current and future uses of existing and prospective real estate assets. We assist owners in developing a plan to reach their goals for the real estate asset portfolio, and we direct teams of real estate, architecture, engineering, legal, and construction professionals to execute the plan.
Our goal is to fully understand what you value and how real estate can help you achieve your vision.
